MAYFAIR TOWN HOUSE
Vision
The house is set over five
floors, where the client wanted to
achieve an area for formal
entertaining, to reflect a traditional
style, an area for informally
entertaining, a room dedicated to his
vast collection of cigars. A two
bedroom house, where he has more
space for living and a basement to
accommodate his office.
Design Highlights
A listed building
needing restoration and using high
quality materials, such as American oak.
Bespoke cabinets in an regency style to
hide office equipment. A walk-in
humidor advised by Winston Churchill’s
cigar suppliers. A bespoke pool table for
informal entertaining. Overall a classic
design that combines his collection of Art
from traditional to contemporary.
